Eryk Klopotowski
FounderEryk Kłopotowski is the founder of Accountability in Action, which is built on one simple belief: strategy means nothing without execution.
A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics with nearly 20 years of leadership experience across Europe, the U.S., and Canada, he has spent his career turning big ideas into measurable business results. Eryk delivers targeted AI implementation and legal tech consulting for U.S. law firms, helping managing partners and operations leaders modernize workflows, improve efficiency, and reduce risk.
Drawing on experience at PwC and within multinational organizations, he designs custom AI solutions that integrate tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, and legal-specific platforms into everyday legal operations.
He’s led digital and business transformations from the ground up, implementing compliance systems, rolling out procurement platforms, negotiating multimillion‑dollar M&A deals, and steering companies through crises at the intersection of technology, transformation, and accountability.
Beyond the legal industry, Eryk is a recognized voice in aviation, with 1,000+ media interviews and ongoing PhD research on CO₂ impact and sustainability. He has two AI related books “What the F** is AI?” and “What the F** is Vibe Coding,” and is a frequent speaker on these topics.
